Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. The role requires a high level of organization and a sense of urgency, with responsibilities including receiving merchandise, maintaining stockrooms, and executing markdowns.

Applicants should be energetic, results oriented, and comfortable working weekends and evenings. Prior stock experience is a plus but not required, and a professional attitude is essential

Qualifications

• Energetic and driven to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and replenish stock on the sales floor.
• Participate in markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets.
• Report to shifts with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Adhere to dress code and company branding while on the sales floor.
