Job summary

Marshalls, part of the TJX family, is seeking an associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring excellent customer experience. You’ll work with a team to process goods efficiently, keep the store organized, and support leadership in daily operations.

The role emphasizes customer service, accurate tagging, and safe backroom practices, with opportunities to train others and contribute to shrink reduction goals.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes.
• Team player with ability to train others and lead when needed.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and replenishment standards in backroom and sales floor.
