Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, invites you to join a fast-paced store team. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, engage customers, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

You will train Associates, prioritize tasks, and ensure accurate tagging and replenishment while upholding safety and store policies. The role requires flexible schedule incl. nights and weekends and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of training others.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Ensures a clean, organized backroom and replenishment flow.
• Monitors productivity and coaches as needed.
• Promotes safety and compliance with labor laws and store policies.
