• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process merchandise efficiently

• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Tag, hang, and code merchandise and manage backroom organization
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods and priorities
• Support loss prevention and safety initiatives
