Job summary

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards; ensures Associates process efficiently.
• Delivers excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded; communicates with management for flow of goods.
• Monitors productivity and coaches the team; organizes back stock for replenishment.
• Maintains signage, cleanliness, and recovery standards; adheres to safety and waste programs.
• Supports in-store training needs and SHR/credit programs; participates in shrink reduction goals.
