Job summary

Forman Mills Inc. is seeking a Back End Supervisor to oversee Receiving, backroom processing, EAS tagging, and productivity against store expectations. The role emphasizes ensuring door-to-floor within 24 hours, maintaining backroom standards, and coordinating with store leadership.

The BES will lead the backroom team, manage schedules within budgeted hours, coach staff, and uphold company policies while delivering excellent customer service and efficient freight flow.

Qualifications

• Experience managing freight processing in a retail setting.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Cartons per Hour (CPH) and DTF targets.
• Schedule backroom workload to match workload and budgeted hours.
• Direct and inspect daily backroom activities including freight processing with EAS tagging.
• Review productivity of processors and coach staff as needed.
• Ensure backroom cleanliness and adherence to company policies and initiatives.
• Facilitate daily backroom huddles and communicate policy updates to staff.
