Job summary

Forman Mills in the United States is seeking a Back End Supervisor to oversee Receiving, process merchandise to the sales floor, and maintain backroom standards. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and department teams to ensure 24-hour door-to-floor (DTF) flow without impacting the customer experience.

The role focuses on staffing the backroom, enforcing EAS tagging, productivity tracking, and coaching staff to meet freight, shrink, and initiative goals while delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of managing a freight processing environment in a retail setting.
• Able to work varied hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Cartons per Hour (CPH) and DTF expectations.
• Ensure 24-hour door-to-floor standards are met.
• Schedule backroom to workload and budgeted hours with managers.
• Direct and inspect daily freight processing with EAS tagging per LP guidelines.
• Manage damage/mismate/signing room and stockroom areas.
• Oversee backroom inventory and productivity, record daily results.
• Counsel and discipline staff in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Lead morning backroom huddle, set goals and coach underperformers.
• Ensure execution of company initiatives (freight, housekeeping, supplies).
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a clean, organized space.
