The TJX Stores in USA Marshalls Store 1650 Toccoa GA is seeking a Merchandise Receiving Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, engage customers, keep the store clean, and model exceptional service.

You will train Associates, organize backroom, manage stock flow, and help meet safety and labor guidelines while promoting loyalty programs and a positive team environment.

Formación

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced store environment.
• Able to train others and lift heavy objects with/without accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates work efficiently.
• Engage customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain a clean store.
• Organize back stock, properly tag and code merchandise, and manage stock flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and store processes.
• Promote safety, labor compliance, and adherence to policies and procedures.
