Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a motivated team player to uphold receiving and merchandising standards, ensure efficient processing, and deliver an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced store environment.

You will be part of a diverse, supportive team, train and mentor Associates, manage backroom organization, and help drive store goals while complying with safety, scheduling, and labor policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area.
• Promotes and supports safety and labor policies.
