Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a store associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, engage customers, and ensure a clean, organized store.

You will help with truck deliveries, tagging, backroom organization, and support to management and associates. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; prior retail and leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience.
• Six months of leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a positive customer experience through engaging interactions and a clean store.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and properly coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to optimize workflow.
