Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Marshalls store associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work with a team to process merchandise efficiently and maintain store presentation.

Responsibilities include training team members, tagging and displaying merchandise, and supporting leadership with prioritizing tasks and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing by Associates.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and task priorities.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and displayed on the sales floor.
• Assist leadership in communicating priorities and monitoring progress.
