HomeGoods in Pleasant Hill, CA is seeking a customer-focused associate to execute receiving, merchandising standards, and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will engage with customers, maintain clean and organized areas, and support store operations from backroom to sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment standards.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
