Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team player with ability to work with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Able to train other Associates and lead teams as needed.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards ensuring efficient processing.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through engagement and clean stores.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise accurately.
• Maintain backstock organization and replenishment processes.
• Support store safety, labor policies, and loss prevention efforts.
