Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to support efficient store operations.
• Engage with customers to ensure an excellent shopping experience and a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Coordinate with the Manager on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain signage, tagging, hanging, and backroom organization.
• Assist with safety, compliance, and loss prevention efforts.
