Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Associate for our Duluth, MN area stores. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure Associates process merchandise efficiently, and deliver an excellent customer experience by keeping the store clean, organized, and inviting.

Responsibilities include tagging, hanging, coding merchandise; organizing back stock; training teammates; maintaining safety and store policies while supporting management priorities.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates are processing merchandise efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure flow of goods.
• Promote safety and uphold labor policies.
