Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store team member at TJ Maxx in Duluth, MN. You will help execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring smooth flow of goods to the sales floor while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll train associates, maintain organization in backrooms, and uphold safety and loss-prevention initiatives. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required, with opportunities to develop within a Fortune 100 company.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills
• Team player with peers and supervisors
• Able to work nights and weekends
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards
• Engage customers to deliver excellent service
• Orchestrate truck delivery and merchandising on the sales floor
• Train and mentor associates on processing principles
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and stocked
• Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness
• Support safety, labor, and loss prevention initiatives
• Collaborate with management to meet store goals
