Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Baxter, MN is seeking a team-oriented Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will work with a diverse team across the TJX family of brands and support busy shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include processing merchandise efficiently, organizing back stock, and coaching other Associates. The position offers development opportunities and a chance to contribute to store goals

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to keep stock flow smooth
• Ensures a positive customer experience and organizes the backroom
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise
• Communicates with management to set priorities and monitor progress
• Supports store safety, cleanliness, and loss-prevention programs
