Job summary

TJX is seeking a customer-focused retail professional for a hands-on role in our Duluth store. You will drive merchandise processing, maintain clean and organized floor areas, and deliver exceptional service to guests.

You’ll also help train teammates and support backroom operations to meet daily goals. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to shift schedules, and a commitment to store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing and team collaboration.
• Provide an excellent customer experience through engaging interactions and organized store presentation.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging, hanging, and stock rotation.
• Promote safety, adhere to policies and labor laws, and support store goals.
