Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, seeks a motivated individual to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring efficient processing and an excellent customer experience. You will train Associates, manage backroom organization, and uphold safety and store policies.

Responsibilities include coordinating truck deliveries, maintaining signage, and supporting a productive team. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects.
• Able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing of merchandise.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded; maintain signage and backroom areas.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth operations and priority alignment.
• Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed.
• Support safety, recycling, and hazardous waste program compliance.
