Remote US-based; collaborate with product, design, and analytics to ship in phases and strengthen engineering practices.

Responsibilities include breaking down projects, supporting on-call reliability, and participating in interviews.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Backend development using Python or Kotlin.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Ability to transform simple problems into multi-component software solutions.
• Experience navigating large codebases and conducting code reviews.
• Strong verbal and written communication for effective collaboration.
• Demonstrated ownership of personal growth and proactive feedback seeking.

Responsibilities
