Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Backend design, development and launch; proficient in Python or Kotlin.
• Experience with distributed systems; AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Turn simple problems into multi-component solutions and write clean, well-tested code.
• Strong debugging and code-review collaboration.
• Ownership mindset; proactive growth and feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for a global team.
• Equivalent practical experience or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
