Ladders is seeking a Software Engineer II, Full Stack (Card Acquisition) to build and improve customer-facing web and mobile experiences supporting card acquisition. You’ll partner with product, design, and analytics to deliver scalable solutions for growth and reliability in a fast-paced team.

This remote-eligible US-based role includes on-call duties and emphasizes code quality, metrics, and a strong user experience as we support critical financial product journeys.

Formación

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proficiency shipping web applications using frameworks like React or Vue.
• Experience with mobile app development using React Native or similar languages.
• Ability to design and launch APIs at scale with Kotlin or Python.
• Able to translate simple problems into multi-component software solutions with clear, testable code.
• Comfortable debugging large codebases and providing constructive feedback during code reviews.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Break down larger projects into manageable tasks and collaborate to deliver work on time.
• Support product development by partnering with product management, design, and analytics.
• Create and monitor metrics to ensure operational availability of team artifacts.
• Participate in growth activities, including the interview process, to help foster team community.
• Engage in on‑call efforts to maintain system operations.
