RTK Tickets in Boston’s Seaport District is hiring an engineer who owns a business outcome across Go microservices, Aurora PostgreSQL data pipelines, and the Angular tools we run the business with. You’ll ship autonomously, measure impact, and iterate based on real business signals.

In this in-person role, you’ll own a sliver of the stack end-to-end, from pricing decisions to data that reveals which choices profit or lose.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building production software professionally
• Owned a production system end to end and can explain the business result
• Shipped something that moved a business metric and can say what you cut
• Handled retries, duplicate or late data, and concurrency in production

Responsibilities

• Own a sliver of the stack end to end and deliver measurable outcomes
• Ship features and iterate based on business impact
• Collaborate with product and business teams to understand what broke and why
