Job summary

Jobot is partnering with an established services company to build a new platform automating business processes, including invoice review and contract validation. The SR Product Engineer will own architecture from discovery through delivery, collaborating with product, design, and users to determine what to build and why.

The role emphasizes AI-driven development within a Rails-oriented stack, with openness to Elixir or other backgrounds and a focus on architectural thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of product engineering experience with API development.
• Proven track record managing all lifecycle stages of a product.
• Strong grasp of modern tech trends to drive product innovation.
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, data analytics, ML or similar tech.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead architectural decisions.
