Job summary

Aurelian, Seattle-based, is seeking recently graduated Software Engineers to own product outcomes end-to-end, talking to customers, deciding what to build, and shipping it as part of a fast-moving team.

You'll define the roadmap for your area, balance priorities, and ship across AI call handling and dispatcher-facing tools, while visiting dispatch centers to observe users and translate insights into improvements.

Qualifications

• Product thinker first, engineer second and ownership of outcomes.
• Comfortable across frontend and backend, capable engineer.
• You communicate with customers to understand problems and desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes, not just features; talk to customers and define what to build.
• Be the PM for your area; define roadmap and communicate progress.
• Ship fast and iterate; release features across AI call handling and analytics.
• Work directly with 9-1-1 dispatchers to observe usage and derive improvements.
