Job summary

Profitroom is seeking Product Engineers to own technical solutions end-to-end in a B2B hospitality software context. Roles cover backend or full-stack work, with emphasis on robust design, APIs, and scalable systems.

You will collaborate with PMs and QA to deliver valuable features used by hotels and guests. Applicants should ship customer-facing software, understand business problems, and balance speed with quality, using AI-assisted development alongside established patterns and collaboration

Qualifications

Experience shipping software used by real customers with end-to-end ownership.
Ability to understand customer and business problems before solving them.
End-to-end ownership mindset and ability to work across backend and frontend.
Ability to explain technical trade-offs to a Product Manager and business rationale to engineers.
Proficient with AI tools to augment development beyond simple autocomplete.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end backend or full-stack feature delivery across the stack.
Participate in technical discovery and architectural decisions.
Collaborate with Product Managers, QA and engineers to ensure quality and release readiness.
Ensure production readiness through testing, monitoring and maintenance.
