• Deep understanding of RESTful API design, webhooks, async messaging, and modern integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for backend systems, APIs, and data platform capabilities.
• Define API design standards, versioning strategies, and DX principles.
• Drive the vision for scalable, event-driven microservices architecture with engineering leads.
• Establish API governance frameworks including authentication, rate limiting, and SLA commitments.
• Lead strategy and execution for third-party integrations and marketplace ecosystem development.
