Cognitiv is a pioneering AdTech company redefining media buying with its Deep Learning Advertising Platform. As a Backend Software Engineer on the Core team, you will own end-to-end platform challenges—from design through production—impacting real-time bidding and campaign execution systems.

You will deliver reliable code with observability, help maintain service SLOs, and collaborate across teams while mentoring juniors.

Qualifications

• Strong programming in one or more modern backend languages (preferably .NET Core/C#).
• Experience building and shipping production software in a collaborative environment.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL/SQL) and high-volume data stores.

Responsibilities

• Own feature delivery from kickoff through post-launch support.
• Deliver production-ready code with observability and test coverage ≥ 80%.
• Maintain service SLOs with proactive alerts and dashboards.
