Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills; full‑stack (backend + frontend, e.g. Vue.js).
• Solid SQL and experience with big data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Docker.
• Experience building or integrating with digital advertising platforms is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with ML/NLP concepts and applying them in production systems.
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Copilot, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills; able to work directly with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full‑stack features for large‑scale ad management and analytics platforms.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and cloud infrastructure supporting high‑volume, multi‑channel data.
• Build integrations with ad platform APIs (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.).
• Apply AI techniques to improve performance insights and budget allocation.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, data teams, and product stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Use AI coding tools as part of the daily workflow to move faster and raise code quality.
