Job summary

Cognitiv is redefining AdTech with a Deep Learning Advertising Platform. This role drives the performance and scalability of the Custom Algorithms product, owning the advertiser launch process and end-to-end roadmap.

You will collaborate with data science, engineering, sales, and account management to deliver new features that drive revenue and improve retention. Location: NYC, Bellevue, or San Mateo with a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management or data science/ML with ownership
• Ability to translate model behavior into business context
• Proven track record shipping ML-enabled products
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and clients

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end roadmap for Custom Algorithms.
• Align with Data Science on model quality, features, and retraining cadence.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and implement fixes.
• Set pre-launch performance expectations with Sales/CS.
• Create concise PRDs for rapid, high-value features.
• Streamline launch workflows to accelerate time-to-market.
• Identify new market opportunities and growth for algorithms.
• Advocate for cross-functional alignment across teams.
