You will collaborate across engineering, data science, and infrastructure teams on scalable, low-latency solutions that power real-time bidding and AI-driven advertising.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on ML infrastructure / data platform experience supporting data-intensive platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for building and scaling ML/data pipelines.
• Strong expertise with Spark, Flink, Kafka, and other distributed data processing frameworks.
• Excellent team communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willing to work onsite Monday-Wednesday in San Mateo, CA.

Responsibilities

• High-Performance feature engineering & infrastructure for real-time and batch pipelines.
• Advanced embeddings & generative AI integration for core feature store and serving system.
• Model training pipeline optimization to improve speed and throughput.
• Establish monitoring, testing, and CI/CD standards across feature and training infra.
• Collaborate with Modeling & Data Science to translate signals into production features.
