Attentive is hiring a Software Engineer II to build and improve distributed data applications powering its segmentation platform. You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deepen your expertise in distributed systems and real-time data processing.

You will work on backend services, focusing on scalable data pipelines, performance, and reliable software delivery, with opportunities to influence design and architecture.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Software Engineer with backend focus.
• Experience with Java, Python, or Go and solid OO design, algorithms, and optimization.
• Familiar with relational and non-relational databases and data access patterns.
• Strong coding practices, data structures, and end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities
