As a Software Engineer II, you will build distributed data applications powering our segmentation platform and deliver personalized experiences for clients and their customers. You will own features end to end and collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teammates.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with backend and distributed systems focus.
• Experience with Java, Python, or Go and OO design.
• Familiar with relational and non-relational databases and data modeling.
• Strong code quality and ownership mindset.
• Clear communication with cross-functional teammates.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and define deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve distributed data applications powering segmentation.
• Own features end to end from design to operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to deliver high-quality software.
• Develop understanding of data flows and service impacts.
• Contribute to infra and process improvements.
• Apply AI tools while focusing on architecture and design tradeoffs.
