Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Experience building backend services with Java, Python, or Go.
• Understanding of data modeling and performance implications.
• Ability to own end-to-end features and deliverables.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and delivering concrete results.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve systems powering audience segmentation for 100M+ customers.
• Own features end to end across distributed data applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Develop deep understanding of services and data flows within the platform.
• Contribute to infrastructure and process improvements.
• Leverage AI tools while focusing on architecture and design tradeoffs.
