Attentive is the AI-powered marketing platform enabling 1:1 personalization for brands and customers. As a Software Engineer II in our Segment Personalization team, you’ll build features powering data flows, catalogs, and audience segmentation at scale.

You'll work with distributed systems, real-time processing, and AI tools, collaborating with senior engineers to deepen your expertise in backend services and data pipelines while delivering measurable impact on revenue and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience as a Software Engineer, with a foundation in building backend services
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design fundamentals
• Familiar with relational and non-relational databases and data modeling concepts

Responsibilities

• Build and improve features across personalization services powering 1:1 experiences
• Own features end-to-end across product catalog, segmentation, and data ingestion systems
• Use AI tools to move fast while refining system architecture and design choices
