Productiv Team is seeking a proactive Backend Developer to own and improve a live microservices platform. You will investigate bug reports across the codebase and ship production-ready fixes, balancing feature work with reliable delivery using AI-assisted coding tools while upholding quality.

You’ll work with Node.js/TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and a distributed architecture, handling production support, new integrations, and observability enhancements in a fully remote environment.

Formación

• Own end-to-end feature delivery from bug report to production
• Production experience building backend services with Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience with microservices and external integrations

Responsabilidades

• Triage and resolve production issues across microservices
• Investigate root causes and implement fixes with regression tests
• Deliver enhancements to existing services and integrations
• Follow architecture patterns and use internal libraries
• Maintain integrations with external platforms (CRM, ERP, payments)
• Write and update database migrations
• Collaborate with QA and product for verification and sign-off
• Improve observability and documentation
