Job summary
BairesDev, a leader in tech talent and remote teams, seeks a Senior Node, TypeScript & AWS Engineer to design robust backend solutions powering scalable cloud-based applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance systems and seamless API integrations.
You will architect secure backend services, scale cloud-native architectures with serverless patterns, optimize data layers, and build reusable microservices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering/backend development experience.
- Proven experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS.
- Knowledge of microservices, API design, and databases.
- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ or AWS SQS).
- Fluent English language skills.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement secure, high-availability backend services and APIs.
- Design and scale cloud-native architectures utilizing serverless and message-queue workflows.
- Optimize database designs and data layers for high-performance query execution and low latency.
- Build reusable modules and microservices to support modern, distributed systems.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to streamline deployment pipelines and maintain system reliability.
