Ladders is seeking a Backend Engineer to join a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. You will own backend systems supporting regulated financial workflows, focusing on performance, reliability, and careful handling of money movement. This remote role partners with product and compliance teams to translate requirements into secure solutions.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually. Travel up to 15% may be required depending on project needs.
