Вы будете частью команды product engineering: участвовать в планировании спринтов, развивать функционал на PHP/Symfony, поддерживать существующий код и улучшать интеграции с внешними сервисами.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ лет коммерческой разработки на PHP (предпочтительно Symfony).
• Опыт в продуктивных командах и полном цикле фич.
• Опыт поддержки и модернизации наследуемых систем.

Responsibilities

• Участвовать в планировании спринтов и технических обсуждениях.
• Декомпозировать задачи совместно с PM и техлидами.
• Разрабатывать новый функционал в домене.
• Поддерживать и рефакторить существующий код без нарушения бизнес-логики.
• Интегрировать и поддерживать сторонние сервисы (партнерский трекинг, платежи).
• Обеспечивать корректную обработку данных и статусов.
• Снижать технический долг и повышать надёжность интеграций.
• Сотрудничать с аналитиками и кросс‑функциональными командами.

Задачи:

• Participate in sprint planning and technical discussions
• Decompose tasks together with PM and tech leads
• Develop new functionality within the domain
• Maintain and refactor legacy code without breaking existing business logic
• Integrate and support third-party services (affiliate platforms, tracking systems, payment solutions)
• Ensure correct data processing (attribution, calculations, statuses, synchronisations)
• Analyse and reduce technical debt within the team’s domain
• Improve integration reliability (error handling, idempotency, SLA control)
• Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements

Требования:

• 3–6+ years of commercial PHP development experience (strong preference for Symfony)
• Experience working in product teams (understanding the full feature lifecycle from idea to production)
• Experience supporting and gradually modernising legacy systems
• Strong understanding of architectural principles
• Experience integrating third-party APIs (REST, webhooks, authentication, error handling, retries)
• Strong SQL knowledge and understanding of indexes and query optimisation
• Ability to read and analyse existing code without rewriting everything from scratch
• Ability to assess risks when changing existing business logic
• Strong ownership and ability to make technical decisions within the responsibility area
• High attention to detail (especially in financial and partnership calculation logic)
• Ability to propose improvements with clear technical justification
• Будет плюсом: Experience in fintech, affiliate marketing, or partnership programs; Understanding of traffic attribution principles, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking; Experience with event-driven architecture or message queues; Experience in gradual monolith decomposition; Understanding of commission models; Experience working with high-load systems
