Qualifications

Weltrade is an international fintech company operating in the global FX and online trading industry. It builds scalable trading infrastructure and commercial ecosystems that support client acquisition worldwide.

Задачи:

• Run regular provider performance reviews using data from the Analytics Team, covering success rates, processing times, incidents, and client escalations
• Renegotiate tariffs, limits, and reserves, and reduce payment costs based on transaction volumes
• Expand coverage through connected providers by adding countries and payment methods
• Handle systemic provider issues, including mass declines, settlement delays, and risk policy changes, together with the Analytics Team Lead
• Keep provider contact details up to date for the Analytics Team, including support, second-level escalation, and account managers
• Manage P2P agents’ limits, performance, and disputes using Analytics Team data
• Maintain and quarterly review the map of primary and backup providers for each key market
• Run provider offboarding, including exit plans, route migration with the Product Owner, and closing balances with the Settlement & Reconciliation Specialist
• Review providers’ and agents’ licenses and sanctions status annually with Compliance
• Back up the Onboarding Team Lead when needed

Требования:

• 3+ Years of account or partnership management at a PSP, acquirer, or payment orchestrator, or in the payments team of a forex/CFD broker, iGaming, fintech, or crypto company
• Strong understanding of payment economics, including percentage and fixed fees, FX markup, rolling reserves, settlement terms, and limits
• Knowledge of emerging-market payment methods, including cards, local bank transfers, e-wallets, QR, mobile money, P2P, and crypto
• Proven experience negotiating commercial terms with providers
• Understanding of providers’ KYB and AML requirements
• Confident use of Excel or Google Sheets to compare offers and analyse volumes and costs
• Fluent English (C1)
• Higher education in business, finance, economics, or a related field
• Strong negotiation and long-term relationship-building skills
• Takes ownership and drives provider issues to resolution
• Able to track multiple providers and open issues in parallel
