Job summary

Rock’n Dough Pizza + Brewery is seeking a kitchen team member to be the backbone of the line, keeping the dish area clean, stocked, and running smoothly. You’ll handle dish duties, sanitation, restocking, basic prep, and closing with checklists to support a high-energy crew.

Qualifications

• Nights, weekends and holidays availability.
• Able to lift up to ~40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Follow food safety & sanitation standards; training provided.
• Meet local age and work eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the dish area: run the machine and sink, scrape/rinse/load/unload, keep wares circulating.
• Sanitize to standard: hit temps and sanitizer ppm; polish glassware and beer-clean glasses.
• Restock & reset: keep plates, pans, smallwares and glassware stocked for line and bar.
• Keep it tight: sweep/mop, break down cardboard, take out trash, organize drying racks.
• Support the line: basic prep (wash/label produce, portioning, line set-up) as trained.
• Close like a pro: follow checklists, deep-clean zones, leave kitchen inspection-ready.
• Safety first: follow knife/chemical handling, and communicate hazards right away.
