Job summary

Rock’n Dough Pizza + Brewery is seeking motivated kitchen staff to join a high-energy team. You’ll own the dish area, ensure sanitation, and help stock and prep for line cooks and leadership. Expect training, feedback, and opportunities to cross-train from Prep to Leadership as you grow with the team.

We offer competitive hourly pay, shift meals, merch discounts, and potential PTO/benefits depending on location. Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Nights/weekends/holidays availability.
• Able to lift up to ~40 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and handle heat/steam safely.
• Follow food safety & sanitation standards (we’ll train you).
• Meet local age and work eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the dish area: run the machine and 3-comp sink, scrape/rinse/load/unload, and keep wares circulating fast.
• Sanitize to standard: hit proper temps and sanitizer ppm; polish glassware; ensure beer-clean glasses.
• Restock & reset: keep plates, pans, smallwares, and glassware stocked; stage clean sheet pans.
• Keep it tight: sweep/mop, break down cardboard, take out trash, organize drying racks and storage.
• Support the line: basic prep (wash/label produce, portioning, line set-up) as trained.
• Close like a pro: follow checklists, deep-clean zones, and kitchen inspection-ready.
• Safety first: follow knife/chemical handling, and communicate hazards right away.

What you’ll do (your setlist)

• Support the line: jump in with basic prep (wash/label produce, portioning, line set-up) as trained.
• Close like a pro: follow checklists, deep-clean zones, and leave the kitchen inspection-ready.
• Safety first: follow knife/chemical handling, and communicate hazards right away.

Compensation: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
