Job summary

Rock’n Dough Pizza + Brewery in Jackson, TN is seeking a spirited line cook to keep the station moving, sanitize to standard, and help deliver unforgettable vibes. You’ll stay busy, work with a tight crew, and take pride in a spotless station while learning basic prep and BOH systems.

You’ll restock, prep basics, follow safety guidelines, and thrive on a team-first mindset. Competitive hourly pay and potential benefits may be available depending on location.

Qualifications

• Nights, weekends, and holidays availability.
• Able to lift up to ~40 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Follow food safety & sanitation standards (training provided).
• Meet local age and work eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the dish area: run the machine and 3-comp sink, scrape/rinse/load/unload, and keep wares circulating fast.
• Sanitize to standard: hit proper temps and sanitizer ppm; polish glassware; ensure beer-clean glasses.
• Restock & reset: keep plates, pans, smallwares, and glassware stocked for the line and bar; stage clean sheet pans and hotel pans.
• Keep it tight: sweep/mop, break down cardboard, take out trash, organize drying racks and storage.
• Support the line: basic prep (wash/label produce, portioning, line setup) as trained.
• Close like a pro: follow checklists, deep-clean zones, and leave the kitchen inspection-ready.
• Safety first: follow knife/chemical handling, and communicate hazards right away.
