Job summary

Reworld is hiring a Back Plant Operator to safely run the back ash area in our waste processing facility. You will monitor conveyors, perform routine preventive maintenance, and support repairs while maintaining a clean, compliant workplace.

The role requires operating heavy industrial equipment, strong safety focus, and the ability to work rotating shifts. MA Hoisting License is preferred or obtainable, with benefits starting Day One.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• MA 1C/2C hoisting license or ability to obtain.
• Experience operating heavy industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect back ash area equipment and conveyors daily.
• Monitor equipment performance and cleanliness.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist repairs.
• Participate in daily maintenance kickoff meetings.
• Support shutdowns and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
• Operate front-end loaders (experience preferred).
