Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Full Service to support back-office payroll and billing processes from Highland Hills, Ohio. This 6-month assignment runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

You will perform data entry, verify payroll data, handle customer inquiries, and maintain accurate databases while upholding the company values and delivering reliable service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Degree in lieu of experience may be considered.
• Back office payroll and billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify data for payroll and billing processing.
• Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
• Set up new customers and perform data entry.
• Maintain customer databases including payroll and billing data.
• Update customer folders with weekly payroll and billing instructions.
• Process credits and rebills.
• Assist clients in developing effective reporting processes.
• Provide training or answer basic questions on payroll/billing software.
• Ensure timely transmission of reports such as wires, ACH, and A/R credits/debits.
• Notify management of problem areas.
