Job summary

Sweetie Boy Transportation is seeking a Back Office Operations Administrator in Richmond, VA to oversee daily administrative and operational functions. You will supervise HR, IT and accounting, ensure policy compliance and track KPIs, while managing facility budgets.

You will lead end-to-end back-office operations, monitor performance metrics, develop SOPs, recruit and mentor staff, and improve communication between back-office and executive teams.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple back-office functions is preferred.
• Familiarity with SOPs and internal controls.
• Ability to supervise HR, IT, accounting activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end back-office functions for efficiency, accuracy and timely delivery of services.
• Monitor performance metrics, SLAs and KPIs to identify improvement areas.
• Develop and maintain internal SOPs across departments.
• Recruit, train and mentor administrative, IT, and operational staff.
• Manage workforce schedules, intraday staffing and performance reviews.
• Bridge communication between back-office support and front-office/executive teams.
• Process and track vendor invoices, payroll, and daily transactions.
• Enforce corporate compliance frameworks and data security standards.
• Manage procurement, inventory control, and office facility management.
• Oversee maintenance of database records, filing systems, and data analytics.
