Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, CA seeks a Back Office Medical Assistant who serves as the first clinical contact for patients. This role works under physician supervision to perform clinical tasks and supports patient care with a positive, can-do attitude.

The ideal candidate will have MA training or 2 years MA experience, a current CPR card, solid communication skills, and proficiency with medical software. Day shift, full-time, on-site.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or two years of MA experience required.
• Current American Heart Association CPR card required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills required.
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and flexibility required.
• Strong computer skills with experience using medical systems required.
• Ability to operate general office machines (fax, copiers, etc.).
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology required.
• Strong multitasking, planning and organizational skills; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first clinical point of contact for patients.
• Perform clinical tasks under physician supervision during patient care.
