Position: Back Office Medical Assistant

We are seeking a motivated Medical Assistant interested in a career in skin health. With 15 clinics and continuous growth, we aim to be a leader in our industry.

Compensation

Hourly: $21 - $28.79, commensurate with experience, skills, and education. Benefits include uniforms, incentives, health benefits, PTO, and 401K matching.

Responsibilities

• Assist with back-office operations and patient care
• Prepare for procedures, verify patient information, and assist providers
• Maintain logs, sterilize equipment, and manage supplies
• Document patient interactions accurately in EMR
• Administer injections, remove sutures, and assist during procedures
• Follow safety and sterilization standards
• Participate in ongoing education and training

Work Environment

Fast-paced clinics with multiple providers and staff.

Physical Demands

Stand, type, lift up to 45 lbs, and perform physical activities as required.

Position Details

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends. Up to 50% travel across clinics.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Certification Program (National Certification preferred)
• 2+ years clinical experience, dermatology preferred
• BLS and First Aid certifications preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT coding
