Chick-fil-A in Los Angeles is seeking a Back of House Team Leader who embodies our core values and serves others with a servant’s heart. You will support senior leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly and coach team members toward excellence.

Responsabilités

• Insures Team Members follow recipes and read tickets to accurately prepare all orders.
• Insures Team Members are accurate with weights and measurements for all items.
• Insures a pace that meets the restaurant's speed of service guidelines.
• Maintains clean workstations and adheres to cash handling procedures.
• Executes proper security and cash handling and holds cashiers accountable to policies.
• Monitors dining room, restrooms, parking lot and overall facility cleanliness.
• Performs any tasks above as needed during shift.
• Addresses guest issues and escalates complex concerns to management.
• Maintains positive relationships and provides direction and feedback to employees.
• Communicates performance and policy violations to management.
• Strictly adheres to all company policies and procedures.

A Back of House Team Leader is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. Our Back of House Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Back of House Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Back of House Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Insures that Team Members follow recipes and read tickets to accurately prepare all orders.

• Insures that Team Members are extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items.

• Insures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.

• Insures that workstations are clean at all times.

• Insures that cashiers follow cash handling procedures at all times.

• Executes proper security and cash handling and control procedures and holds cashiers accountable to adhering to policies and procedures.

• Insures that Team Members monitor dining room, restroom, parking lot and overall facility cleanliness.

• Perform any of the tasks above as needed throughout shift.

• Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues.

• Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.

• Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.

• Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
