Chick-fil-A in Philadelphia is seeking Back of House Team Members to join a fast-paced kitchen that focuses on safety, speed, and quality. You’ll work under an independent Owner/Operator, helping prepare, cook, and present food while delivering the signature Chick-fil-A experience to guests.

This role offers flexibility with full-time and part-time schedules, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth through in-house training and leadership development.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members
• Lead the team to produce high-quality, craveable food and beverages
• Ensure fast and accurate service while prioritizing the guest experience
• Drive operational excellence by coaching team members and adhering to company policies
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Back of House Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Lead the team to produce high-quality, craveable food and beverages.
• Ensure fast and accurate service while prioritizing the guest experience.
• Drive operational excellence by coaching team members and adhering to company policies.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
